Please read through my review policy before reaching out.
Reading Formats I Accept:
I accept review copies in all formats.
Genres I Review:
I read widely and so I will review a wide range of genres. Here are my Storygraph stats from 2020, to give you a feel for my reading tastes.

While I’m open to most requests, I’m most interested in receiving review requests for:
- Translated literature
- Books by authors whose work I have read
- Non-fiction about criminal justice, sociology, trauma, identity and intersectionality
- Literature from underrepresented voices
As far as these categories go, I don’t mind if something is self-published or published via the mainstream.
For example, Breakfast at Bronzefield is a self-published memoir that I read for review last year. I loved it, publicised it heavily and it ended up in my top reads of 2020.
What Happens If I Accept Your Review Request:
I review all solicited books (i.e. books I have requested or accepted). I cannot guarantee that I will like your book and so I cannot guarantee that I will promote it. But all reviews are posted to my Storygraph and Goodreads.
I do not offer featured, synopsis or excerpt posts on my blog or social media. I have to genuinely like something to want to shout about it.
If you think your book will appeal to me, do get in touch via Email, Twitter or Instagram.
